Salmon

Salmon is packed in omega-3 fatty acids which are imperative for optimal functioning if the body. It also packs a massive amount of other vital nutrients such as protein, adequate vitamins and minerals and large amounts of potassium, magnesium, selenium and B vitamins. It is recommended to eat fish weekly as it reduces your chances of dementia, depression, heart disease, and other common ailments.

Kale

Kale is regarded as the healthiest leafy green vegetable. It is loaded with minerals, vitamins, fiber, antioxidants, and different bioactive compounds. Kale contains vitamins A, C, and K1 as well as large amount of magnesium, calcium, potassium and vitamin B6.
